"My name is Ray Anthony Cosme and I am an independent artist. I am of Puerto Rican descent and I am currently 23 years old.
Art is many things to many people. To some it is appreciation of art or to others it is the raw emotion they unleash into the world of critics. For me, Art is my life, art is who I am. I grew up with a mother who taught me to appreciate and value art in its entirety. I have dabbled in all forms of art one way or another. I started out dancing at the age of 10. Touring and seeing the world until I retired at 20. I starting modeling at 17 for some independent brands as well as a few well known ones. I even started doing music and released my debut single “Fyre Emo-ji”.
I always knew I was meant to do something big with my life. From the very first moment I picked up my fake microphone at the 7 and started singing along to Cher songs.
It took me a long time to be comfy with my own skin. After overcoming bullying, an absent father, and various other obstacles life threw my way. Once I found myself I knew it was time for me to make my mark in this world. I want to be a voice to the voiceless and speak for those who remain quiet."
Where are you from? Now?
I’m from The Bronx in New York City.

What do you feel has been your greatest accomplishments thus far?
Releasing my first solo track, “Fyre Emo-ji” on all major music streaming platforms.
Who is an artist that you would love to work with?
The list could go on forever but I would love to work with G-Dragon.
Why do you feel it is important for your work to be heard/seen?
I want others out there to know that it is okay to be yourself no matter what anyone says, because only you can be you.
Who is one of your favorite artists? Past or present.
Lady Gaga is my ultimate bias, her music speaks to me in such a way that cannot be explained. I just clicked with her and feel a bond even though I haven’t met her.

What drives you to pursue your dreams?
My family, especially my sister she’s my rock.
