Annie Leibovitz. Her work is breathtaking. I would love to just sit and have a conversation about photography and her creative process.
Why do you feel it is important for your work to be heard/seen?
Is it actually important for my work to be seen? Maybe I thought it was to begin with. Now I don't think its as important. I use photography as a my personal creative outlet. Being able to bring forth whats in mind is therapeutic and keeps my sanity at ease. I do however believe my work inspires other and lets them know that is okay to be themselves.
Who is one of your favorite artists? Past or present.
There are so many artists that I find super inspiring. If I had to pick one, I would have to say Brooke Shaden. She is a fine art photographer and she really ignited that passion that I have a photography and creating.
What is the best way for you to be contacted for prospective work/opportunities?
What drives you to pursue your dreams?
My grandmother. As far back as I can remember she was always encouraging my creativity and passions. She'd love to challenge my mind and push my ideas even further. Never once did she say anything negative about an idea/concept. She'd just continue to pick my brain until a creative solution was revealed.
