 Excited to announce our next event is set for Saturday, May 4th from 7pm-12am at the Hidden Gate Gallery in Detroit, MI. This night will be hosted by Carter Branded and will feature a special guest performance by Brooklyn's own Gordon Andres. As an independent artist Gordon has managed to accumulate millions of streams via Spotify, Tidal, Apple music and other online streaming platforms. He's been featured on some of the largest publications, such as The Source, Hot 97 and Power 105.1 on the New York radio waves.

What do you feel has been your greatest accomplishments thus far?
I graduated from college and decided not to jump right into a profession because I want to follow my dreams.. to me that’s my greatest accomplishment because I’m not following societies standards

What do you feel has been your greatest accomplishments thus far?

• I opened for Thundercat at DC Jazz Festival

• Played w Hugh Masekela, Cyrus Chestnut, Raul Midon

• I won a student downbeat award

• Was named 2nd best album of 2014 by capitalbop

Who is an artist that you would love to work with?

I’d love to work with Sput Searight. Stevie Wonder and Herbie Hancock are more of a dream than somebody I could imagine working with lol

Why do you feel it is important for your work to be heard/seen? 

I think my take on jazz through the lens of different groove...

I'm from New York but currently reside just outside of Baltimore, Maryland. 

What do you feel has been your greatest accomplishments thus far?

My greatest accomplishment thus far was performing all across the country in Summer '18 as part of the legendary Vans Warped Tour. 

Who is an artist that you would love to work with?

Lupe Fiasco. He's one of my heroes and probably the best writer, bar for bar. I think we could create something wild.

There's so much that I'm grateful for but getting a Co-sign from Marsha Ambrosius was Dope.

Drake, Kendrick Lamar, Jay-Z, J.Cole to name a few but there's so many dope artist that I'd love to work with.

Where are you from? Now?

I was born and raised in North Miami, FL. Lived in the DMV (DC, Maryland, Virginia) area for a few years but Miami is my home.

How did you get into becoming a DJ?

At the time my older cousin. Sam Sneak started taking his career more seriously and I saw the power the DJ has over the crowd. I wanted that power.

What do you feel has been your greatest accomplishments thus far?

I've won awards and been honored by a few publications but the greatest accomplishment was getting the job at 99Jamz. That was a goal I set for myself and I reached it.
